Types of MIRA REALTOR® Membership

You will pay local, state and national dues to MIRA as a primary member.

REALTORS® (or Brokers) – SECONDARY MEMBERSHIP

A licensed Real Estate Broker whose state and national dues are remitted through another Board join as secondary member of the MIRA. A broker wanting to join MIRA as a secondary member must complete a “REALTOR®” new member application signed by their managing broker along with a letter of good standing from their primary board, a copy of their license, and payment of all applicable fees.

MLS services will only be available if the Designated REALTOR® participates in the MLS.

MANAGING BROKERS – PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP

A new office application along with payment of applicable fees, will also need to be completed, if the office is currently not a member of MIRA.

If the managing broker wishes to participate in the MLS ONLY, they must submit an MIRA participation form and payment of all applicable fees.

A licensed Real Estate Managing Broker who is not the managing broker of their sponsoring office has the same membership conditions as a broker (see above) and is considered a broker for membership purposes.
